1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how EIGLOU (“EIGLOU POS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our point-of-sale software and related services (the “Service”). It applies to people who create an account, visit our website, or otherwise interact with us.

4. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising
We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising tools such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API, to:
- Understand how visitors find and use our website and Service;
- Measure the performance of our marketing campaigns; and
- Show and improve advertising on third-party platforms.
These tools may collect information such as your device identifiers, pages visited, and actions taken. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences through the settings of the relevant advertising platform. Some features of the Service may not work properly if you disable cookies.
5. Marketing Communications
When you register or contact us, you agree that we may send you messages about your account, the Service, and related offers, by email or other channels you provide. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us at support@eiglou.com. We may still send you non-promotional messages about your account or important service changes.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers who help us operate the Service (for example, hosting, infrastructure, analytics, communications, and support tools), under obligations to protect the information and use it only for the services they provide to us;
- Legal and safety reasons — where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Eiglou POS, our users, or others, or to detect and prevent fraud or security issues; and
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will take reasonable steps to ensure your information remains protected.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account.
8. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After your account is closed or terminated, we generally aim to make your data available for export for a limited period (typically around 30 days), after which we may delete or anonymize it, unless we are required to retain it longer to comply with legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations or to resolve disputes.

Subject to applicable law, you may:
- Access, update, or correct your account information;
- Request a copy or export of your business data;
- Request closure of your account and deletion of your information;
